A slightly sweet, this is a lightly rich Madagascar-type vanilla extra virgin olive oil. After receiving many requests from our customers for a vanilla EVOO, we have finally found the perfect flavor. This will be wonderful in all types of baking, substitute for any recipe that calls for vegetable oil or butter. This will also add a nice rounded vanilla flavor to pancakes or waffles. Drizzle over granola or yogurt.
Try pairing with any of our dark fruit balsamics or make a decadent combination paired with Honey Ginger Balsamic, or Fig Balsamic.
